A description of required services is below:Accounts Payables Contractor will receive invoices from the District Manager once a month. Contractor will prepare check payments for these invoices within two business days.Contractor will return the invoices and prepared checks to the District Manager or directly mail them.Contractor will also be in charge of filing the paid invoices with attached check stub, in an orderly way,in The DLWID office.Transfers Contractor will contact the District Manager and Treasurer when transfers into the checking account are needed.Contractor will be notified of all account transfers at the time the funds are transferred.Payroll:Contractor will prepare and deliver monthly employee payroll checks which will be payable on the last business day of the month. Contractor will make all required payroll tax deposits electronically and prepare and submit all required federal and state payroll reports,by the due dates.Online Banking Contractor will have access to bank accounts online in order to obtain bank statements in a timely fashion,and to monitor the balances in the bank accounts.Bank Reconciliations Contractor will reconcile District bank account statements at the end of the month. A check register and bank reconciliations will be delivered to the District Manager at the beginning of each month, along with the prior month’s financial statements,which will be given to the treasurer of the board at the monthly board meeting

Financial Statements Contractor will prepare a monthly financial report, which will include a Balance Sheet and Statement of Activities Compared to the Budget.These statements will be delivered,along with the check register and bank reconciliations, to the District Manager one week before the monthly board meeting.To Apply:To apply send a cover letter and resume to Josh Brainerd, District Manager: josh@dlwid.orgor to Devils Lake Water Improvement District, PO Box 974, Lincoln City, Oregon 97367 by 4 pm July24, 2019. A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Devils Lake Water Improvement District , Lincoln County, Oregon, to approve the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held online in order to comply with Executive Order # 20-16. The meeting will take place on Thursday June 11, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to approve the budget. This is a public meeting. Any person may submit comments prior to the meeting via email to the District Manager @ josh@dlwid.org. Comments will be read during the meeting. A copy of the budget document may be downloaded from the District’s website @: www.DLWID.org” when posted.
