A fully revised application including newly requested attachments was submitted back to DSL in January. We
are awaiting their comments.

Thompson Creek Monitoring continues, no new turbidity events have been reported for the past quarter.
Water Quality Briefing
No change from last month. Dissolved Oxygen levels are over 95% on the lake bottom lakewide with no
problematic algal growth. The EXO equipment will be sent in this month for its yearly maintenance and
calibration.
